Management Team Development Programme (Up to 6 Managers)

Description

I write a twelve-week development programme for your management team of up to six people: a shared curriculum for the group and an individual plan for each manager, based on what they and you tell me.

How I work

1. After you order, I send you two questionnaires in Account → Messages: one for you about the company, the team’s goals and the problems you see, and one for each manager to fill in about their role, strengths and the situations they find hardest. Each takes about 30 minutes.
2. Within 3 working days of receiving all questionnaires I send you a summary of the main themes for your comments.
3. Within 3–4 weeks of receiving all questionnaires I send you the programme as a PDF of 50–60 pages, plus a separate PDF for each manager.
4. You get two rounds of revisions within 45 days of delivery, each returned within 5 working days.

What I put in the programme

• Team summary. The shared strengths and gaps from the questionnaires, without quoting anyone by name.
• 12-week curriculum. One topic a week — for example delegation, feedback, one-to-ones, priorities, difficult conversations, decisions — each with a short reading, a practical task for the week and questions for a team discussion.
• Discussion guides. Ready-to-run 45-minute agendas for twelve weekly team meetings, so you can lead the programme yourself.
• Individual plans. For each manager: three development goals, actions for each month and how to know it is working.
• Tools. Templates for one-to-ones, delegation, feedback and weekly planning.
• Final review. A short self-assessment for each manager to repeat in week twelve.

Everything is in writing through Account → Messages; I don’t run calls or meetings. You run the weekly discussions with the guides I provide.
