Welcome to Tutruvio.com (“Tutruvio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Tutruvio is an online platform connecting course creators (“Sellers”) with learners (“Buyers”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tutruvio website and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, purchasing a course, or offering courses through Tutruvio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Platform.

1. Overview of Services

Tutruvio provides a digital marketplace where:

Sellers can create, publish, and sell online courses, materials, and related content.
Buyers can browse, purchase, and access educational content.
Tutruvio acts as an intermediary platform and does not own or produce the courses listed.

2. Eligibility

To use Tutruvio, you must:

Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if younger).
Provide accurate and current information during registration.
Not be barred from receiving services under applicable law.

3. Account Registration

Users must create an account to buy or sell courses.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Tutruvio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or show fraudulent activity.

4. Platform Rules

You agree not to:

Use Tutruvio for unlawful purposes.
Copy, redistribute, or resell materials without authorization.
Engage in harassment, hate speech, or intellectual property violations.
Circumvent payment or access systems.

5. Payments and Fees

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

Buyers: Pay the listed price for each course.
Sellers: Receive earnings minus Tutruvio’s commission (disclosed in the Seller Dashboard or agreement).
All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Platform.
Taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) may apply depending on location.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to Tutruvio’s Refund Policy, available on the website.
In general:

Buyers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course has been completed.
Sellers are notified of refund requests and may provide additional information for dispute resolution.

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their original course content but grant Tutruvio a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it to Buyers.
Buyers receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
You may not reproduce or publicly share purchased content without permission.

8. Sellers’ Terms (Course Creators)

8.1 Seller Eligibility

To sell on Tutruvio, you must:

Own or have rights to the content you publish.
Provide valid payment information for earnings transfer.
Comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

8.2 Course Content Standards

Sellers must ensure:

All content is accurate, original, and compliant with intellectual property laws.
No illegal, offensive, or misleading materials are uploaded.
Courses include sufficient educational value and clarity in titles and descriptions.

Tutruvio reserves the right to remove or suspend any course that violates these rules.

8.3 Payouts

Payouts occur on a monthly schedule, after a holding period to account for refunds or disputes.
Tutruvio deducts its service fee before transferring the seller’s balance.
Sellers are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable income taxes.

8.4 Content Removal

Tutruvio may remove or restrict access to courses that:

Violate these Terms or copyright laws.
Receive substantiated user complaints.
Are inactive for an extended period.

9. Buyers’ Terms (Students)

9.1 Course Access

After purchase, Buyers receive access to the course materials through their account.
Access may be:

Lifetime access (unless otherwise noted), or
Subscription-based, for a defined term.

Tutruvio does not guarantee continuous access if the Seller removes the content or discontinues their account.

9.2 Use of Materials

Buyers may:

Stream and download content only for personal, non-commercial use.
Not share login credentials or resell materials.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension and legal action.

9.3 Course Reviews

Buyers may leave reviews that are:

Honest, relevant, and respectful.
Free from profanity, spam, or personal attacks.
Tutruvio reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews at its discretion.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between Buyers and Sellers will first be handled by Tutruvio’s support team.
If unresolved, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration under the laws of the jurisdiction listed in Section 13.

11. Limitation of Liability

Tutruvio is not responsible for:

Errors or omissions in course content.
Technical issues or downtime.
Losses resulting from use of the Platform.

Tutruvio’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer or earned by the Seller within the last six months.

12. Privacy and Data Use

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is collected, stored, and used.
By using the Platform, you consent to this processing.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the European Union, unless otherwise required by local consumer law.
Any dispute shall be subject to arbitration in the jurisdiction of Tutruvio’s registered office.

14. Changes to These Terms

Tutruvio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Revisions will be effective immediately upon posting, with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly.
