Description

Hygraph (formerly GraphCMS) exposes its content through GraphQL, and mutations are the part that changes it. These seven PDF lessons start with the basics of what a mutation is and how to set up a place to try one safely.

From there they cover creating entries, updating existing records and deleting content with care, followed by publishing and unpublishing. The last lesson looks at more advanced mutation patterns and good practice. After reading, you should be able to write mutations for common content tasks and understand what each one does to your data. One lesson includes a template and an exercise to work through.
