6-Month Content Strategy with 24 Article Briefs

Description

I plan six months of content for your business and write 24 detailed briefs, so whoever writes your articles, newsletters or posts knows exactly what to produce and why.

How I work

1. After you order, I send you a questionnaire in Account → Messages: your offer, your audience, the questions customers ask, what you have published so far, who will write the content and how often you can publish. It takes 40–50 minutes.
2. Within 3 working days I send you a one-page direction note: content pillars and the audience I am writing for. You confirm or correct it before I go further.
3. Within 14–21 days of your completed questionnaire I send you the strategy as a PDF of 40–50 pages.
4. You get two rounds of revisions within 30 days of delivery, each returned within 3 working days.

What I put in the strategy

• Audience and goals. Who the content is for, what it should achieve and the numbers that show it is working.
• Content audit. A review of up to 20 pieces you already have: keep, update or retire.
• Three or four content pillars. The themes you will be known for, with the search questions behind each.
• Six-month calendar. What to publish each week, on which channel, in which format.
• 24 article briefs. For each: working title, search phrase, reader question, outline with headings, points to include, sources to check, internal links and a call to action.
• Repurposing guide. How to turn each article into a newsletter section and three social posts.

Who it is for
Small businesses, consultancies and online shops that want a steady flow of useful content. I plan and brief; writing the full articles is not included.
