Collage as Emotional Release

Description

Collage lets you express feelings through images, colour and texture when words are hard to find. This mini-course introduces the basics of emotional collage and explains which materials to gather before you begin.

You then choose an emotional colour palette, build a foundation for the collage, and layer images to represent different feelings. Later lessons add personal symbols and text, finish the piece with a closing reflection, and suggest ways to display it. The eight PDF lessons include exercises throughout, so each stage of the collage is something you can do with scissors, paper and glue while following along.
