It begins with M&A fundamentals and deal structures, then reviews the financial statements needed for the analysis before moving to building a pro forma model, setting transaction assumptions and allocating the purchase price.

Later lessons cover sources and uses of funds, accretion and dilution analysis, balance sheet integration after the deal, and sensitivity and scenario analysis.
